Peter Kemp: Photography

It is extremely difficult to decipher where reality or photography begins and illustration or painting ends, and vice versa in Peter Kemp's artistry. The models fluctuate between being irresistibly smooth and perfectly rendered to being adorned with strokes of paint in their carefully imagined environments. The possibilities are endless with this enigmatic style, but clearly Kemp uses his imagination to select only the very best scenes… such as the ones depicted here.
