Jakob Wagner: Photography

I struggle to recognise whether Jakob Wagner has presented us with a painting or a photograph - the streaking of in between the trees creates something of an optical illusion, leaving the viewer pondering between the two mediums of artistic creation. Sometimes I think I might be seeing an image imposed on top of another, but its far to puzzling to come to a conclusion. I imagine being at these scenes myself - and viewing in this curious and intriguing lack of clarity...
