Alan Shortis: Photography

A predominant light source seems to prevail in each of the images and they appear to be taken by some kind of secret/hidden camera that roams discreetly around to capture the most untoward shots. The series here seems to have a consistent location - a train station; the lights, the people in motion, the reflections - all depicted in a dark, shadowy forecast that somehow illuminates both the natural and artificial light so beautifully.
